Mix the tomatoes, lemon juice, onion, and a few salsa leaves in a blender until smooth
Beta at least 3 times until creamy and homogeneous
Combine the tomato puree with the consommΓ©, and refrigerate until very cold
Serve the chilled soup garnished with chopped salsa and thin lime slices
4 to 6 servings.
