1 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar, finely sifted
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened in the cup
1 cup of heavy cream, chilled in a can or long-life container
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate mint or orange extract
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Cream or Flocos Ice Cream
1 cup of chocolate chips

Cream or Flocos Ice Cream
In a saucepan, mix together the chocolate chips and confectioners' sugar
Add the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and softened butter
Stir over low heat until the mixture starts to simmer
Let it simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract
Let it cool down
Store in a closed container in the refrigerator
Serve warm or at room temperature
You can create layers of ice cream and sauce in a tall cup or simply pour over the ice cream
Serve immediately, as needed.
