11/2 tablespoons chopped green tea leaves

Place the green tea leaves in a small bowl and pour the boiling water over them
Let it infuse until cooled and then strain
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, reserve 1 egg yolk and discard the other
Add the confectioner's sugar gradually
Combine the reserved egg yolk and beat again
Add the cold tea and mix well without beating
Mix the whipped cream well and combine with the tea mixture
Pour into a mold, cover and freeze for 12 hours or until firm.
