Cook the beef in boiling water until it becomes tender
Drain and shred, discarding excess fat
Cook the squash in boiling water with salt, drain, and mash with a fork
Set aside
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the cooked squash and shredded beef, cooking for 5 minutes without stopping to stir
Season with chopped parsley, adjust with pepper, and correct the salt
Thaw and open the puff pastry according to the manufacturer's instructions
Spread the cold filling over 3/4 of the pastry and brush with egg dissolved in water
Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
