Mash the ricotta cheese
Combine with eggs and beat well
Add and mix in wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cooked meat, and 5 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Place in a refractory oven-proof dish and top with remaining parsley, butter or margarine in small cubes, and cooked bacon strips
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (170°C) for approximately 30 minutes
