1/2 cup of apricots
1/4 cup of cornstarch
2 cups of milk
1 cup of coconut milk
2 rose apples, cut into sticks
2 prata bananas, cut into slices
1 cup of shredded coconut, with fine brown skin, cut into strips using a proper grater
1 piece of 7 cm ginger, cut into thin strips

Combine apricots and cornstarch in a saucepan, add milk and coconut milk and mix well
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Let cool, covered with plastic wrap, adhered to the cream to prevent formation of skin
In four layers, create alternating layers of cream, apple, banana, coconut, and ginger
Decorate with apple and strips of coconut
Refrigerate until serving time
