To the filling:
1 package of cream cheese (227 g)
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
250 grams of smoked salmon, flaked

Cut the top off each tomato like a lid
Remove the pulp and turn the tomatoes over paper towels to drain
Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, onion, salmon, milk, and lemon juice until you get a smooth paste
Fill each tomato with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and decorate with a caper
