First, spread butter or margarine on the toast; then spread mustard
Cover with a leaf of lettuce
Drain well and flake the tuna; distribute over the lettuce leaves
Place tomato slices on top
Beat eggs with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Prepare scrambled eggs in a little melted butter or margarine, but don't let them dry out too much
Place over the tomatoes and serve
