Leave the ice cream at room temperature for 15 minutes or until it becomes slightly creamy

In a blender, blend with condensed milk, butter, milk, and cocoa powder
Place in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes, until reaching the brigadeiro's smooth consistency
Let it cool down
Line the bottom of a 15 cm removable cake pan with a layer of finely ground Bis® and press firmly
Add a layer of ice cream, a layer of brigadeiro, and a layer of Bis®
Finish with the brigadeiro and cover with Bis®
Freeze until firm.
