Whisk together the sugar and eggs, beat well, add the flour, pudding mix, and hot milk
Heat until it reaches a boil, then let simmer for a few minutes
Place half of the cream over the cooled and chilled tart crust
Flavor the remaining cream with kirsch and place on top of the tart
Garnish with candied strawberries and cover with a thin layer of raspberry ice cream.
