a small package of Behring chocolate
5 tablespoons of bread flour
2 tablespoons of rum

Beat the butter and sugar
Add the yolks, then melted chocolate with a little water and snow-white meringue
Divide the dough into two parts
One part gets 5 tablespoons of bread flour and goes to the oven in a small baking dish greased with butter
The other part of the dough doesn't go to the oven
It only gets 2 tablespoons of rum and is placed on top of the cake after it's baked and cooled
Garnish with almonds or hazelnuts and some cherries
Serve chilled.
