Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the yolks, sugar, and milk
Remove from mixer and add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder

Pour into a greased round cake pan and bake until golden brown

Heat the whipped cream and chocolate chips over low heat until melted
Soak the gelatin in water and melt in microwave or double boiler

Beat the egg whites again, then add sugar
Heat the strawberries and water to a boil

Combine the melted chocolate, dissolved gelatin, and beaten egg whites
Add diced strawberries
Cut off the top of the cake, leaving 2 centimeters of border on all sides
Fill with whipped cream and strawberries
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
