Form a ball and knead slightly
Roll out with a rolling pin over parchment paper (or waxed paper) to fit a 24 cm diameter mold or refrigerator-safe dish
Cover with parchment paper and fill with coffee beans
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated for 20 minutes
Remove the coffee beans and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the crust begins to brown
Make the filling: beat egg yolks, egg white, and sugar until well combined
Add melted chocolate and butter, and mix well
Pour carefully over the crust and return to the oven for 15 minutes or until firm
Let cool and serve
