Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain
A preheat the oven to 180°C
Beat the egg lightly with salt and add it to the macaroni
Place the macaroni mixture in a removable 22 cm diameter tart pan greased with butter or oil
Put it in the oven for 10 minutes

Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then combine with cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and season with salt and pepper
Spread the mixture over the macaroni layer, top with broccoli florets, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and put back in the oven for 20 minutes.
