1 can of green corn (with liquid)
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

4 slices of mozzarella cheese
100g of fresh ricotta cheese

Combine the corn with its liquid, milk, flour, olive oil, egg, grated cheese, yeast, salt, and black pepper in a blender until you get a smooth batter

Pour half of the batter into a buttered cake pan
Place slices of mozzarella cheese and mashed ricotta cheese on top

Cover the cake with the remaining batter

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
