150g cream cheese
150g ricotta
1 egg white, 1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of sugar
Coating
4 tangerines
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Prepare the dough as instructed in the fruitcake recipe
Filling
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
Spread over the pre-baked dough and level well
Bake for about 25 minutes
Let it cool down
Coating
Arrange tangerine slices side by side
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and return to the oven to glaze
Remove and let it warm up
Glossy gel over the surface, serve.
