Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a bowl, mix together flour, water, salt, and half of the olive oil until well combined
Knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Divide the dough into two parts and roll out each one
Use one part to line the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish
Spread spoonfuls of cream cheese, tomato pieces, and olives on top
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt and oregano
Cover with the remaining dough and seal the edges
Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
