Cut 4 slits in the center of each pie crust sheet with scissors
Stack two sheets on top of each other gradually
Heat the frying oil in a small pan
Place two pie crust sheets in the hot oil and press the handle of a wooden spoon in the middle to form a flower
Fry until golden brown
Remove with a slotted spoon
Allow excess oil to drain on paper towels
Allow to cool
Place a ball of cream ice cream on each 'flower' of pie crust
Cover with a small amount of ready-to-use chocolate coating and garnish with a maraschino cherry
With 8 sheets of pie crust, you will obtain 4 'flowers.'
