Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups grated manioc flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 small egg
2 cups butter, softened
Filling:
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
250g fresh cheese, grated
2 large egg yolks
black pepper, salt, and oregano
Dough:

Prepare the dough by mixing together the flour, manioc flour, yeast, and salt; make a well in the center, add the egg, mix it with some of the flour, and join the butter in small pieces to form a homogeneous mass
Prepare the filling by thoroughly mixing the cream of mushroom soup with the grated cheese and egg yolks; season with salt, black pepper, and oregano
Grease mini tart shells with the dough and fill each one with 1 tablespoon of the filling
Bake in a moderate oven and serve warm.
