0.5 kg of beans cut into 2.5 cm pieces

3 tablespoons of vinegar
1/4 cup of cold water
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of pickled relish

In a pot, combine the beans, crumbled bacon, hot water and salt
Bring to a boil over high heat until it starts to simmer
Tightly cover and cook on low heat for 15 or 20 minutes, without letting the beans become too mushy
Do not drain
Mix the cornstarch with vinegar, add cold water, soy sauce, pickled relish and mix well
Pour this mixture over the beans and cook on low heat until a smooth and thick sauce is achieved
Serve 4 portions.
