4 medium zucchinis
1/2 cup chicken broth
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 medium zucchinis

Wash the zucchinis thoroughly
Slice into rounds
Place in a preheated oven-safe dish greased with butter
Add the chicken broth
Put in the moderate oven and let it cook for 30 minutes or until the zucchini is tender
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce
Top with grated Parmesan cheese
Put back in the oven to grate the cheese
Serve hot
If desired, you can also add 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced.
