3 medium zucchinis cut lengthwise

Steam the zucchinis for 15 minutes or until they're al dente
Using a small spoon, carefully remove the pulp
Set aside
In a bowl, mix the tofu with green olives, zucchini pulp, and sea salt
Stuff the zucchinis and set them aside
The tamarind sauce
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Arrange the stuffed zucchinis on a baking dish and top with a drizzle of tamarind sauce
Place it in the oven to warm.
