2 cups of angel hair pasta

Mix cold water with angel hair pasta, adding gradually while stirring always
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until the consistency is thick and separates from the bottom of the pot
If the angel hair still has a slightly rough texture, add more water and cook for a bit longer
Place in a greased baking dish, pressing to achieve a thickness of about 1 finger
Let it cool down and cut into star shapes with a cookie cutter
