In a food processor, finely chop the broccoli leaves and set aside
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add garlic and bacon and fry, stirring occasionally, until the bacon starts to brown (3 minutes)
Add the broccoli leaves and sauté until they become tender (1 minute)
Add the rice and salt and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add the boiling water and stir
Reduce heat, cover the saucepan, and cook until the rice is tender (about 10 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve
