In a small pot, place the potatoes, cover with water, season with salt, and bring to a boil
Cook for another 5 minutes and drain
Add the heavy cream, salt, hot sauce, and green onion
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Let it cook until the potatoes are almost mashed and the cream has thickened
Serve in 4 portions.
