Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt
Beat the eggs and combine with the buttermilk and melted butter or margarine
Add the sifted ingredients
Dollop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a hot, greased skillet
Shape into a rounded form and fry on both sides, flipping the mixture in the skillet
Serve with caviar.
