8 chocolate muffin cups (homemade or store-bought)

3 tablespoons of natural tangerine juice
1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup of water

8 slices of tangerine

In a medium saucepan, bring the tangerine juice to a boil over high heat, whisking constantly until it forms a smooth glaze
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the saucepan
Whisk continuously until the glaze thickens slightly
Let cool completely
Spoon half of the glaze into eight serving cups
Place a mousse ball on top of each cup
Slice each tangerine slice into two thin pieces and arrange them over each mousse ball
Drizzle with the remaining glaze and serve.
