    Beat 2 eggs lightly and mix very well with 750g of lean ground beef. Add 1/4 cup of cake flour, 1 small finely chopped onion, 2 soup spoons of English Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of black pepper to taste. Place the mixture into a 23cm diameter ring mold (if you don't have one, use a round tin and place a small refractory ring in the center). Brush with 2 soup spoons of ketchup. Microwave on high for 8-13 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving with your preferred salad. Serves 8, with a total caloric value of 2124 calories (266 per serving).
