1 bunch of broccoli (750g)
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of grated lemon zest

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
Cut the broccoli into florets
Cook the broccoli in a pot with water and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until tender
Melt butter or margarine in a small pan, add chopped green onion and cook until softened, but not browned
Add lemon juice to the mixture
Serve the broccoli on a platter with the butter mixture and sprinkle with grated lemon zest
Serve 8 portions.
