In a medium pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil with 1 teaspoon of salt over high heat
Add the cauliflower and cook until tender (about 10 minutes)
Drain, transfer to a baking dish, and season with the remaining salt, black pepper, and mustard
Add the cheese, mix well, and reserve
In a medium pot, melt the butter over high heat
Add the garlic and bread crumbs and stir until they're lightly toasted (about 3 minutes)
Sprinkle over the cauliflower and serve immediately
