Dough:
2 cups of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of yeast
50g grated cheese.
Filling:
8 cooked and chopped hot dogs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
3 tablespoons of green olives
1/2 can of tomato sauce
To taste: black pepper, oregano, and salt

Blend the dough ingredients in a blender
Filling:
In a pan, caramelize the onion with olive oil, then add the tomato, bell pepper, green olives, and cook
Add the tomato sauce and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano
Mix in the hot dog and remove from heat
Grease a baking dish, place half of the dough, turn the filling, and cover with the remaining dough
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
