1/2 cup of strong coffee
2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of whiskey or Porto wine

Melt the chocolate in 1/4 cup of water, in a bain-marie
Add the coffee, sugar, and salt
Cook for 5 minutes, until the sugar dissolves
Remove from heat and add the whiskey or Porto wine
Serve hot over ice cream.
