Combine the carrots and 2 tablespoons of orange juice in a shallow, round, heatproof dish
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open
Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally
Let it stand for 3 minutes
Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients
Season the carrots with the sauce
Serve in 4 portions.
