Cut the carrots into strips
Drain the white onions
Fry the onion and carrot in hot butter or margarine for a few minutes
Season with salt
Add chicken broth
Simmer slowly until the carrots are tender
Add more broth if it becomes too thick
Finally, add honey and mix well
Serve 4 times.
