In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place the leg of lamb and with a sharp knife, make several incisions
In a small bowl, mix together with a wooden spoon the salt, purslane leaves, lime zest, lime juice, allspice, and ground black pepper
Season the lamb with this mixture, cover it with the slices of bacon, and pour in the beef bouillon
Place in the microwave on high for 45 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with the juices that form in the dish
Transfer the lamb to a serving platter and serve immediately with the sauce
