Braise the smoked pork loin with sauerkraut and beer slowly
Cook for 1 hour
Add the chopped onions, sliced pork loin, and cook until the meat is cooked through, adding water as needed
Add the sausages and cook when they are hot and cooked but not burned
Place the sauerkraut in a serving dish and cover with the meats and sausages
Serve with bread dumplings
