500 g of brisket cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce
2 cups of cooked and drained black beans
1 Anaheim pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
Salt to taste

Mix the flour with salt
Coat the beef cubes in this mixture and remove excess
Heat the olive oil and fry the beef, adding it gradually until browned well
Remove with a slotted spoon and reserve
In the same pan, sauté the bell pepper and stir for about 3 minutes
Add the ready sauce, black beans, Anaheim pepper, and oregano
Let it simmer and reduce heat
Cook for 5 minutes and return the beef to the pan
Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the beef is tender
If necessary, add hot water
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
