1 tablespoon of instant Nescafé coffee powder
1/4 liter of chocolate ice cream
a pinch of almond extract
1/2 cup whipped cream
nutmeg

Dissolve the instant coffee powder in hot water; add cold water and put it to chill
Add the ice cream and mix until almost melted
Ladle the almond extract into the whipped cream
Serve so that it floats on top of the coffee
Dust with nutmeg
For approximately 1 liter.
