1 cup of rice
500 g of braised beef
3 cups of hot water
100 g of linguiça-calabresa
500 g of pork cut into cubes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 mashed garlic clove
1 chopped onion
100 g of black olives, optional
1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup of rice
500 g of braised beef
3 cups of hot water
100 g of linguiça-calabresa
500 g of pork cut into cubes
4 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
Butter a casserole dish and set aside
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until soft
Add the rice and stir until it starts to stick to the pan
Add two cups of hot water, stir, and season with salt
Cook until the rice is tender
If necessary, add more hot water
While that's cooking, brown the beef
Sear the beef in the remaining olive oil and season with salt
Add the ground linguiça-calabresa and pork
Add the remaining hot water gradually and cook until the pork is tender
Mix in the chopped black olives and sprinkle with parsley
Set aside
Transfer the cooked rice to the reserved casserole dish and press down gently
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Unmold and serve with the braised beef and pork hot.
