500 g of oysters
1 chicken breast
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups (requeijão) of water
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 cups (chá) of sliced mushrooms
1 can of tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 can of cream of milk
Salt to taste

In the evening, soak the oysters in water
Cook the chicken in water and salt until tender
Reserve two cups (chá) of the cooking liquid
Shred the chicken and reserve
Drain the oysters and put them in a pressure cooker
Add the reserved liquid and cook for 15 minutes
Drain and reserve
Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the chicken and two cups (american) of water
Season with salt, ketchup, and mustard
Let it simmer
Add the mushrooms and tomato sauce, and cook until the sauce thickens
Remove from heat, add parsley and cream of milk, and mix well
Serve hot with white rice.
