2 cups toasted cassava flour

Fry the onion in dendɖa oil until it becomes soft
Add the flour and stir until it transforms into a loose and well-seasoned farofa
Season to taste
If desired, fry 1/4 cup of cooked and shelled shrimp or fish along with the onion
Serve with fish.
