1.5 lbs beef or pork loin, cut into thin slices

10 slices of smoked bacon, cut into small pieces
3 medium onions, thinly sliced

Cut the beef or pork loin into thin slices
If the slices are too large, cut them in half
Mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper
Dredge each slice of beef or pork loin in the flour mixture
In a large skillet, cook the smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy
Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, cook the beef or pork slices with onions until browned
Add water to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes
To serve, sprinkle with broken pieces of smoked bacon
Serve 4-6 portions.
