Grease the mold with butter and reserve
Mix the tangerine juice and ginger
In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over half a cup of freshly squeezed tangerine juice and let it sit for a few minutes
Heat in low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved
Add the tangerine mixture, join the grated peel and mix well
Place in the mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours)
Bathwater
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Let cool
Unmold the gelatin and serve with bathwater.
