Combine the grated zucchini, mashed garlic, mayonnaise, salt, and parsley in a bowl
Mix well and add the flour gradually
If necessary, add a little more flour to achieve the right consistency
Mix well and shape the zucchini patties using the back of a spoon or your hands
They should resemble pancakes
Brush a non-stick skillet with oil and cook the zucchini burgers on both sides until golden brown
Serve still warm.
