2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
4 to 5 drops of hot pepper sauce

In a small saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and milk
Whisk well and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and add the yogurt, green onion, and hot pepper sauce
Mix well
Excellent served with poultry or fish
Yields 1 cup or 16 tablespoons.
