1 cup of 200g natural yogurt

3 tablespoons of chopped salsa

salt and black pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whip the yogurt until creamy
Add the olive oil slowly, continuing to whip
Add all other ingredients and mix very well
Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours and serve with cooked fish
Adjust seasoning to taste
Serve with about 1 cup.
