Place the butter, chocolate, and water in a double boiler (combine ingredients in one pan and place it inside another pan filled with water that's heating)

After the mixture has melted, let it cool
With it still warm, combine the eggs, sugar, and yeast
Mix until the batter is smooth

In a paper-lined muffin tin or a mini muffin pan (greased and floured), fill each cup about 3/4 full

Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
Bake the muffins for 40-45 minutes, or until they're done
