Directions

Beat the egg, garlic, mustard, vinegar, and sugar in a blender

Dissolve the gelatin in a cup of hot water

Heat it low and then pour it into the blender

Add the grated cheese and salt and blend until smooth

Then add the lemongrass threads

Grease a mold with lemongrass oil, fill the mixture, and refrigerate until set

Flip and decorate with chopped parsley and olive oil
