1 1/4 cup (scant) of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup (scant) of creamy milk sweetened condensed
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup (scant) of cold water

Whisk together the milk, sugar, and egg white
Heat over low heat until it simmers
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk, whisking well until the sweetened condensed milk is dissolved
Let cool
Hydrate and dissolve gelatin in cold water
Heat in a bain-marie to dissolve
Whisk together gelatin and cream, finally adding the egg whites
Pour into an oiled pudding mold
Chill in refrigerator until firm, unmold, and garnish with store-bought croissant pieces.
