1 1/2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
1/4 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of hot water
150g of milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups of ice-cold gelatin
1 cup of heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
1/4 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of hot water

1 1/4 cups of ice-cold gelatin
1 cup of heavy cream
Combine the gelatin, coffee, cold water, and hot water in a blender
Blend on high speed for 40 seconds
Add the chocolate, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract
Blend for another 10 seconds or until smooth
Don't stop the blender! Remove the lid and add the eggs, ice-cold gelatin, and heavy cream
Blend for 20 seconds or until thickened
Pour into cups and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Serve cold.
